Secluded Valley-view Catskills Getaway

Nestled in a serene, wooded hillside with views of the Catskill Mountains, this solar-powered cottage is a cozy, perfect getaway to forget your busy life and reconnect with beautiful nature.

Our tiny house is close to many attractions:
- 25 min away from Windham Mountain, famous for winter activities
- 15-20 min away from numerous state parks and nearly 200 acres of preserves
- Less than 45 min away from Catskills and Hudson
- 7 min to a scenic hike at Hukck Preserve
The space
The cottage was built on the foundation of a 19th-century farmhouse and equipped with modern solar technology and conveniences, including two gas fireplaces and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Its 16 big skylights (roof windows) not only provide natural light during the daytime but also allow the moon and stars to shine into the cottage on cloudless nights. You can hear the winds in the woods in summer or enjoy the view of a snow-covered valley from the balcony of our tiny designed house.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, excluding a small basement utility area. Guests can also enjoy our expansive property and are welcome to enjoy!
Other things to note
Our house is off-grid and sits in a 5-acre forest. It has all modern amenities including an expansive ceiling with 16 skylights, a tv project/screen (described as TV), and multiple modern electric fireplaces.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
