You don't need to be stuck in a car all day to witness a bit of nature around these parts. Just 25 kilometres out of Michalin, Bydgoszcz Information Centre is a superb place to get some fresh air. More tranquil surrounds are waiting for you at Osowa Góra Park, 15 kilometres away.

Enjoy the thrill of watching a live soccer game at Zawisza Stadium, the home turf of the Zawisza Bydgoszcz. After you've roared along with their frenzied fans, why not grab a drink with them somewhere nearby? To get to the arena, head 25 kilometres southeast to Bydgoszcz.

Bydgoski Channel and the Botanical Garden are close to the centre of Kruszyniec, 12 kilometres to the southeast. Want more? Szwederowo, 20 kilometres to the southeast of Michalin, is known for Old Market Square and the Ogrod Fauny Polskiej Zoo.
