Outdated elevator, poor housekeeping service, and short on towels/washcloths. No microwave or complimentary water as advertised. Restaurant food was bland and overpriced, and the lobby had mold on flowers and ceiling speakers. The bed had hair on the pillows Definitely would not stay here again.

I recommend the Kent Hotel when traveling to/through Miami Beach! The location is amazing and staff are awesome. Our room had a fridge and there is a computer/printer if you need to get some work done. The Kent Hotel accommodated us when we arrived a little early and they have luggage storage too.

Great location, Cristofer was excellent help upon check in. The room was clean and updated. My only complaint was it was loud! The room above us had heavy walkers and the garbage trucks came at very early hours.

The hotel rooms were very grubby and dirty in the rooms . grubby floors , big nail cutting on floor … gross, definitely not mopped , baseboards , bottoms of toilets hairs , shower walls not cleaned , Was given the option to move rooms and the other room was the same . Disappointed . Keep your shoes on in your room otherwise your feet will be black . Staff member
