- The pool is not heated, so the water temperature will be influenced by the ambient temperature.
- Enjoy swimming in the pool without expecting warm water unless it's a hot day.

2. **Pool Pump:**
- The pool pump operates automatically based on a preset schedule or system settings.
- The pump circulates and filters the pool water to maintain cleanliness and prevent stagnation.
- There's no need for manual control over the pool pump; it will handle its functions automatically.

No smoking in the house. If smoke is detected cleaning fee will be charged.
Pool is full access but use and swim at your own risk.
Children under age need to be supervised by adults at all times.
- Please treat our home like it was yours.
- All guests must adhere to the house rules.
- Late check outs are not allowed without prior approval and a fee needs to be paid ahead of time.
- An Unauthorized late checkout the guest will have to pay a fee.
- There are no parties allowed strictly enforced.
- There are no loud music inside or outside the property at all times.
- Please take out the trash daily. There are two trash bins. Blue for recycling and green for trash.
- Please make sure that all doors and windows are secured and locked before leaving the premises.
- Please send a message when you have checked out as that will serve as a confirmation time stamped check out time.
- Please make sure that if the air conditioning is on, to please close all doors and window at all times.
- Please note that occupancy is enforced, guests that are not listed on the reservation will not be allowed on the premises.
- You are only allowed to park two cars in the front of the home any other vehicles will not be allowed without prior authorization.
