The pictures looked nice online when I booked. I was not impressed to see the room. Floor was dirty. Wall had dark marks. I couldn’t put anything on the sink. No where to hang face or hand towels. Shower was not cleaned. So outdated. I was so glad my son and I had excursions and only needed the room to sleep. I will not return to this hotel.

It is totally adequate. The outdoor lounge space is a nice touch. I think calling it a "hotel" is a bit much, it's definitely a somewhat updated motel.

Decent Room, But ...

The room was very clean, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. However, there was no comfortable chair -- just 2 hard plastic ones -- and no dresser or chest of drawers, so we had no place to put our clothing. We had to live out of our suitcase for 3 days. If it were not for those two things I would be willing to stay again.

There is no elevator and had to have help getting my suitcase up the steps. Rooms are small. There were three of us and it was difficult. On the bright side the room was clean and neat. The price was great and it was a good location. Older hotel. Probably the 50s. Biscayne Blvd has them all along the street. The price was great. Terrific for young strong people but maybe not for older folks like me.

Older hotel kept in great shape. Very friendly staff. The rooms near the street can occasionally be loud, but the location otherwise is walk friendly with food nearby.

This place is a gem!

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Came in from Buffalo NY for a cruise and stayed 2 nights. The staff was so friendly and the place was so tidy. The staff was constantly cleaning up and keeping it beautiful. If we ever cone back to Miami we will most definitely stay here!

Overall we had a good stay for 2 nights. Few touch ups in the rooms and they would be perfect. Outdoor seating covers could do with a little love and refresh. But overall we didn’t have any issues. Quiet room looking towards the pool.
