This place is afordable for long stays, the staff was very helful. There are few areas for improvement to really offer what they describe in the web, they provide kitchen wares upon request and it is very limited, you have to ask for specific of what you need for your stay. Also breakfast is just pick and go coffe, moffins , the web does not describe that.

We requested a ground floor room and it was damp and smelly. All of our clothes felt damp. The bed was awful - sheets had seen better days and the pillows were old and smelt like sweat. Towels although clean were old and thin. We used the hotel as a stop over for 3 nights and were only in the room evenings and nights. Each time you entered the room you were hit with the damp smell. We did not complain as our first language is English and not Spanish and the people on the desk did not seem too interested and seemed to have trouble understanding. As a plus - the laundry facility is very good and the morning grab and go coffee and muffins/breakfast bars were ok - although coffee was not the best. We would not choose to stay here again
