El hotel esta super bien ubicado y encuentras todo lo q necesites restaurantes farmacias museos excelente solo q esta viejo y en el cuarto q nos toco el baño tenia arrancado un telefono de los 90s y ahi dejado sobre el lavamanos, las almoadas muy aguadas y se nota q tienen tiempo q no las remplazan tuvimos friony no habia en elncloset una frasada y el aire estaba apagado, la atencion muy buena check in rapido y esta enorme se ve q hace 15 años era un palacio

I have stayed at this Hotel more than 10 times in a span of 10+ years. The management is letting this (once upon a time) wonderful Hotel go to ruins. The rooms all need urgent remodeling and updating. Old looking floors, showers that leak outside to the rest of the bathroom, no way to control AC temperature, Old looking curtains, etc etc. The STAFF is GREAT and very willing to help and make your stay comfortable. No issues there.

Soy huésped del hotel desde hace muchos años y seguiré siendo. Esta vez hubo problemas con el internet pero el servicio fue excelente ya que incluso me instalaron una antena especial en el piso para mejorar la señal. Agradezco sus atenciones.

le pedi que me cambiaran de cuarto porque no queria estar al lado del cuarto de mi hijo, y la persona que me atendio se enojo y me dijo "eso me hubieras dicho antes" mi recamara estaba bien, nadamas que la puerta del bano no servia y la palanca del la taza del bano estaba descompuesta. tambien la alfombra se veia muy desgastada y sucia.

Great service, coffee pot in room but no coffee, I ask the front desk and was told they have room service ( I wonder why the coffee pot then). TV did not work and was unplugged (maybe the remote was not working or no battery). When turn water in the shower, you can’t avoid getting well, poor design. Staff service was very good and friendly.

It’s a great hotel for the price, they really take care of the guests and have a lot on offer. It was opened in 1988 and a lot has not changed but honestly I like that as it reminds you what hotels once were, an institution that looked after the guests every need.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and everytime the place is worst. Customer service bad, they had a problem with their system and they were kicking us out a day earlier. The bathroom smell like old pipes. The carpet very old and smelly. This place needs a remodeling urgently. Great location for sure. The shower sinks also and floods the bathroom. Won’t be staying here again. You might as well stay somewhere else.
