What truly stood out was the professionalism of the staff—attentive, polished, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish. The room itself was superior in every sense, hitting all the right points for comfort, design, and quality. The attention to detail was impressive: high-quality fixtures throughout, a beautifully designed bathroom, and thoughtful amenities that elevated the experience. Even small touches—like the quality of the laundry bag, the robe, and the slippers—felt intentionally premium and made a difference. The mattress and pillows were absolutely perfect, delivering some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. Daily refreshed water bottles and a well-stocked bar were a consistent “wow” factor that never went unnoticed. This property delivers true luxury through details, comfort, and exceptional service.
