Gorgeous hotel that feels like a resort in it’s own right. Beautiful decor and finishes, even a shower handle that sits away from the showerhead. The staff were super amazing and helpful after arriving late in the evening. I had such a beautiful stay here while visiting cdmx!

The location is superb, this is a VIP featured hotel, I did receive the 20% on food discount after asking for it. It was not offered to us. I didn't receive the upgraded room because the hotel was overbooked and without any availability. I did not receive the complimentary drinks at the bar (sad) but the bar quality is excellent and we spend a good amount of time and funds there. 😆
