stay at the Magical Pond Igloos was absolutely unforgettable. The property is incredibly unique, with huge panoramic windows that allow you to watch the Northern Lights from the warmth and comfort of your igloo—such a special experience. The location is stunning, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery that really adds to the magic of the stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the hosts were wonderful—so attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout. Thank you for such an amazing experience. We will definitely be returning!

Arrived very early and, after a 2 hour wait, was given early check in (3.5 hours early!). Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.

First time going to Ruka/Finland, definitely plan on going every year.

We stayed in the apartments, it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We used the spa and pool which we paid extra for at the main reception, which was lovely. There was a small shop within reception and a small bakery which was about a 5 min walk out of the complex, everyone was friendly,

We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited.
