Key card malfunctions???

The keycards were down all weekend and had to have someone let us in our room for the entire stay! They couldn't print a receipt! Also there was a fire alarm went off just before midnight Friday night !! So this was not a perfect stay !!!

Room key machine wasn’t working so we had to have staff let us in to our room every time. There was no hot water for hot tea at breakfast. The food was not hot. The hotel was not super clean. There was hair and dust in our room upon arrival. Staff was friendly.

Front desk was competent. Room access was limited to two entry doors, had to walk around hotel to get in from parking lot. Breakfast was greasy and unpleasant. Coffee was not fresh.

We booked this hotel as a mid way stop for our spring break trip. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was quick and friendly with the check in process. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Natalie, the morning front desk clerk, was super friendly and polite! We will definitely stay here again if in the area!
