Yes it was relaxing and clean room. Walking distance between masjid nabvi is suitable younger people's. A bit too much for older people.

The staff was great and helpful. The hotel is walkable distance to Masjid Nabawi, & they had a good breakfast. Overall our stay was great, & looking forward to staying near the future.

Breakfast was decent, its in building adjacent to the hotel. The staff at the reception did not have great knowledge of how things work. Found it unusual for them to take a deposit of 200 SAR during booking. Disliked · location is quite complicated. at least 15-18 minute walk in scorching heat. even in taxi it is difficult as you have to take a U turn to make it to the hotel.

We had a late check in our room wasnt ready, they were quick, they were only a few minutes late. So dont get frustrated if it happens to you. Their breakfast had a huge selection, their pastries needed to be microwave for 30 secs, no microwave. Their falafin & fries was not fresh. Everything else was good. Cant beat a nice 12 minute walk to the Prophet’s Mosque.

Accomodating staff

I arrived sooner than the check in time and the staff was so accomodating that they offered me the room right away. Very impressed with this service as i didnt know what to do with my luggage. My intention was to get them to store it for me but rather i got the keys for my room. Hotel was like a 15 mins walk to Haram which was very nice Alhamdulillah. The mattress was also very comfortable.
