1400-square foot upper floor loft apartment located in a historic building serviced by elevator in the middle of Downtown Medina. Tall ceilings, gleaming vintage wood floors, and huge windows will great you as you enter the open-format living space. Industrial design cues throughout remind of the buildings use as a factory. The living area can seat 8 comfortably and opens onto the dining area and kitchen with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Down a hallway is the main full bath featuring soaking tub and oversized tiled shower with rainfall showerhead. At end of hall are two private bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other a queen.

This was a really beautiful and unique property - so much so that my 17 year old son said he would like to live there. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in process.
