Property was amazing-gorgeous, smelled good. Beds so comfortable. AC was confusing and we couldn’t get it right. Def a European vibe to the hotel. They have extra security at night and this made us feel safe. Pool was so serene and drinks/food there was 10/10. Only thing they could improve is the quality of the breakfast- there were a lottt of options and we felt the food was bland and coffee wasn’t good. Other than that no notes!

What a wonderful property! The staff is incredibly friendly and truly makes you feel welcome. The rooms are stunning, and I love how the hallways have such a fresh, inviting scent. When it rains, the atmosphere is like a serene rainforest, which adds to the charm. It really captures that cozy boutique hotel vibe that makes you feel right at home.

This is the most beautiful place to stay! Witty details in the decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food options. Great location— super safe in El Poblado, very walkable. Had a great time here.

Loved the whole vibe of the hotel... Very eclectic. Five restaurants to choose from! Staff were always helpful and pleasant. I do wish the lighting in the room was a bit better. And an iron would also be nice (although one was provided when asked).
