Excellent service and area. Very clean and the breakfast was good. The only little problem was Early morning noise due to street traffic which is not the fault of the hotel.

I had a great stay, breakfast is really good and staff is friendly. Room is very nice, my only complaint would be because of the large windows in the premium suite it is very loud at night with cars etc. if you bring ear plugs you should be fine. Hotel is in a great location and close to many restaurants

Positivo: hotel ubicado en una zona bonita y segura, muy cerca de restaurantes, bares y barrio Provenza. Negativo: Costo elevado en proporción, habitación muy pequeña (poco espacio de desplazamiento para dos personas), había gotera en el baño proveniente del desagüe del baño superior, se escucha mucho el ruido de las demás habitaciones, cuesta poner el agua caliente en la ducha.

The property location is great - located in Manila and close to some amazing restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop. The windows are paper thin and we barely had a full night's sleep because you could hear all the traffic, and partying outside. The breakfast that's included is ok. I was expecting better coffee since we're in Colombia, but what was more disappointing was the service. The main cook didn't really make you feel welcome. The front desk staff though were excellent. Overall, if you're looking for a place to rest your head for about 4-5 hours a night (starting after midnight) and want to eat off property, then this hotel is great specifically for its location.

My only problem was the level of noise so late out on the street. The glass in windows is not thick enough to block it would. I could hear loud people early in the morning, and had to use ear plugs.
