I stayed for 3 weeks (June/July 2025) The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well managed. The neighborhood is walkable with good location between Laureles and Belen Park areas. There are plenty of dining and cafe options within walking distance. The rooms at the middle and back of the building are especially quiet. I booked a city tour through the hotel. There are very reasonable day tours and some include a meal along with the transportation. Overall this is a very good place to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

I was sick in bed three days with food poisoning. The staff ordered medicine and had it delivered. I was too weak to go myself. I started to feel better that day. Staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. Tall gentleman was extremely pleasant and so was the lady serving breakfast. I didn't get their names. Breakfast was delicious with a nice menu. I could see the mountains from my window. .
