El servicio de 5 estrellas q ostentan no corresponde al servicio, no brindan cortesia en baño con pañuelos faciales, gorras de baño, cafetera, si bien puedes pedirlo no te lo llevan y las atenciones del personal no es la mejor, en el WC estaba con un asiento más pequeño, al solicitar cafetera nos facilitaron una jarra electrica y cuando pedi tazas me llevaron plato sopero.

I really don’t recommend the hotel don’t get me wrong the hotel is clean and staff friendly but I would look for something else on my next visit this hotel got some crazy fee like charge you $100 per every visit you get that’s insane
