The staff was wonderful! Very attentive and cordial. The facilities are in need of improvement. For example, if any guest uses the jacuzzi, there will be no hot nor warm water available for any of the rooms. Rooms are OK if all you do is come in to sleep. Basic accommodation. It was all right for the price and location.

One of the worst place to stay. Pictures are not accurate. What you see on them is not what you will get. They charge you upfront and when you get there you will not get refund. Room was full of mold on the floor, bed and inside the bathroom (ceiling). Aircondition not maintained when turn on a bad smell comes out and the water doesn't become hot. Very outdated hotel.

I checked into my room and my room was not ready. It was dirty from the previous people who stayed there. The bedsheets and towels were all the same and a mess. I left for two hours and they still had not done anything. I had to wait in the lobby for them to clean the room. I ended up checking out before because I did not want to sleep there. At the end of the day I guess you get what you pay for!

The Hotel staff, doesn’t have the rooms ready at the moment of the checking. Room with towels, toilet paper. After 2 nights of staying in the hotel they move us to a different room with bunk beds.They said: Expedia split or made 2 reservations without informed me of the situation. I don’t recommend this hotel,too noisy
