Staff was courteous. Bathroom light around the mirror was inadequate to see in the mirror as clearly as we would have liked. After the second day we were there, that light would no longer even turn on. Would also have been nice to have a more comfotable chair in our room.

We spent a week in the deluxe king suite at this hotel while visiting family. The staff was extremely nice. The location was convient to get around to where we wanted to go. Breakfast bar hot foods should be heated up to an appropriate tempature. The room was pretty clean except for the layer of dust on top of the refrigerator and all of the little kid fingerprints on the headboard, but everything else was very well maintained. All in all the area was safe, quiet, and conveniently located. We would definitely be interested in staying again.

I paid extra for a suite and it really wasn’t worth the money, one TV in the lounge area of the room was not working properly. This is the third time I’ve stayed here and every time there has been noise and food odor like someone is cooking Indian cuisine and I’m on a third floor this time. I’ve been on every floor each time and this is the last time I will stay here. I’m so dissatisfied. I almost feel like I should ask for compensation, but I know that would never get me anywhere so all I can do is not stay here again.

The the room/suite was clean, but one TV was not working and the window curtains are unacceptable because you can’t close them enough to block out the street light. I paid a little extra for more room and it wasn’t anything worth paying for. Another thing is this is my third time staying here and each time there has been outside noise and thumping coming through the walls and ceilings each time, I’m on the third floor this time and I don’t know how there’s noise above me at this point. Three strikes and out I will be staying somewhere else next time when I’m in the area. Also a problem I’m on the third floor and it smells like somebody is cooking Indian food along with the noise. The smell is seeping through my doorway. once again, I’m not going to be staying here again.

Everything was great. I am a transporter and usually leave at 2am. I asked the individual at the desk at 1am if he could make a fresh pot of coffee. He told me he doesn't do that until later on in the morning. I was assured at check un I would be able to get hot fresh coffee that early. I guess he was to interested in his I pad and phone to take care of a payong customer. Other than that everything was fine.
