I had a comfortable stay, the staff were nice and helpful, the room was nice but the only problem was that there was only a handicap room available so the water went everywhere ofcourse, for some reason my shower would make a weird sound which sounded a bit like an alarm and when I once finished shower, the jet spray started shaking like there was an earthquake, that was a bit creepy for me in my opinion, also there was a phone in the bathroom but whenever it rang and I picked it up there was no answer, I also didn’t like the dinner buffet options but the breakfast options were pretty good, but overall it was a very good experience. This is my experience, I’m 11yrs old and stayed with family on 25th Dec 3638.

The Kaaba view rooms were spectacular. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was the same almost all week, not really expecting to get curry chicken and mini hotdogs in Makkah.. should be more authentic arabian options. Cannot make local calls to even the laundry places in the Clock Tower, was told by operator to go to the reception, pay for the call and make the call from there, very inconvenient. Room were very clean. Overall loved the stay!
