Feeling welcome upon reaching the hotel and being greeted by the friendly doorman. Room was spacious and clean. There is a mosque at the top floor (21st storey) for those who are late to the Masjidil Haram which is about 5 minutes walk. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet needs to be variety. Should has free gourmet coffee instead the need to pay for it. And the walkway to rooms are little dim. Need more lights to brighten it

Close to the Kaaba and very welcoming elcoming

The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful inside. It's in a prime location. Close to King Abdel Aziz gate where you enter for tawaf. The staff were very kind and hospitable. Especially Adil who works in the restaurant upstairs. He made you feel personally welcomed .

Great location, 2-3 minutes walk to the yard of the great mosque. Property is older and not well maintained. All the table lamps flickered from poor electrical connection from the light switches. Bathroom smells of urine and urine stain near the toilets. I told the front desk first day of arrival and they said they would clean it right away. When I left next day the smell was still there. Staff is great and helpful.

The hotel was pristine, the food was divine and we were impressed by the hospitality and welcoming nature of all the staff at the hotel. A special thank you to Kawther who cleaned our room and made sure we were well looked after. The location is excellent and so close to the Haram- we would choose this hotel every time.
