Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel. The locstion was fantastic and breakfast spread was decent. The cafe was exceptional with some lovely choices of cakes, sandwiches and coffee.

Every thing was excellent. We’re offered upgrade to a beautiful suite with Haram view. Only downside was that no shuttle available to and from Haram which was important for us because of special needs.Overall very nice stay and heavenly experience watching Masjid-al-Haram right from the comfort of our room.
