wifi is as bad as you can imagine bring your WiFi Extra expensive for it price this is a one star hotel no hair dryer no iron no prayer mat nothing window doesn’t open no kitchen space… very terrible hotel the real definition of what you order versus what you get House keeping will come 10pm at night to clean!!! When your asleep so I did not get my room cleaned throughout my stay

This hotel is walking distance from the masjid Al Haram. The only disantvantage is that during the tarawi prayer the road close to the masjid is closed. If you avoid moving around during this time, everything else is perfectly fine. Whatever you need is nearby. Restaurants, barber shop, laundry and many stores are in the first floor of the hotel. I recomend it.

The hotel is walking distance to the haram (if you wish to walk) shuttle bus service is provided too. However I booked during Ramadan, as such, many of the times roads are closed near the hotel. Facilities wise the hotel is decent; hot water for showering, clean rooms, and alot of shops in and around the hotel.

Was a good stay, we were put in tower 5 and that one isnt as good as 1 but it was nice, about a 15-20 minute walk to the haram.. loads of shops downstairs and a caffee as well. Bus services avaliable as well

Close to restaurants and shuttle bus to Haraam. But the bus elevators take forever, bus drop off is still far from the gates of the masjid, staff comes into your room even when dnd sign is up. Rooms are okay— only two outlets in every room

Good and worthy

As a budget hotel it is good.. Room was clean, room service was very helpful, customer service was helpful as well. Tower 1 have big prayer space which is bigger than some small mosque. Also regular shuttle service available, The issues they have self service laundry or there is a laundry shop out side Tower 5. It’s about 15min walk from Khaba.

Website says staff can speak English but they can’t Manager at reception ignored people by sitting at their computer when there were queues Booked 2 x quadruple rooms but they said they had us down for 2 x twin rooms. Had to argue with them to get the rooms I wanted As I had already paid, I couldn’t leave for a hotel closer but you get what you pay for really

Stayed here for 4 days, definitely 5 ⭐️ clean room, helpful stuff and very kind people. If you’re worrying about walking distance it’s about 10-15 min walk, shuttle buses also available 24/7 drop you off right in haram. Definitely recommend this place.
