Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and pool area was as well.

This was our first experience with a VRBO stay and Amy and John"s property did not disappoint. It was a fantastic home with plenty of space for our family. The kids enjoyed the game room learning to play ping pong and the location was wonderful for ATV trail access.

The room was comfortable/tastefully decorated. Their website stated that breakfast was provided. In checking in, I was told that they are no longer providing breakfast. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided. The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. There were also black areas on the edges of the shower curtain as if a mechanic with greasy hands had handled it. I wiped off a spot of dried blood from the wall where the toilet paper was hanging. The property could certainly use some TLC. I'm thankful to have been able to stay there seeing that everything in Ladysmith was booked up.

Been to Hayward area many times, love pine ridge, and wanted to check out the lake. This was a great set up for our family of 4 to enjoy the lake!

We really had the best time here. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent our weekend swimming in the lake, grilling, and enjoying great company by the fire. It was nice to walk over to the nearby restaurant for a quick bite to eat and a cocktail. The highlight of our weekend was fishing off the dock, we caught a variety of fish. We are already planning our next trip to come!
