Book McDougalls Landing hotels

The Hotel at Falcon Lake is amazing! Our room was beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the fireplace but it would be perfect in the winter after skiing or snowmobiling. We ate at both on-site restaurants -- Black Bear Tavern (?), and 1964 and loved the food and service at both. The Backyard -- a fenced in play area for adults and kids was unexpected and a lot of fun. Falcon Lake beach is a very short walk away-- so that was a plus as well. Hoping to get other family members to join us next time. Forgot to mention the pool and water slide -- we didn't use it but it looked really clean and and fun!

Had everything we needed

My 2 sons and I stayed for a night so we had a shorter drive to where we planned to fish in the morning. When we arrived our host had just made it back from Winnipeg & had left a note on the office door addressed to me welcoming us and letting us know how to access our suite just in case she wasn’t able to be back to greet us. Very nice touch! Clean, well kept property in a good location for activities in the Whiteshell.

This place and the area were even better than we expected. We will definitely return next year, if it becomes available.

Was a wonderful property 5 min drive from town. Very well maintained and clean and a large house. The deck was wonderful!Only complaint was the water was very rusty so turned my hair and nails orange.
