Perfectly located on Morris Ave, about 1 block from Chautauqua Lake and Bestor Plaza, you are just moments away from the heart of the Institute. There are 4 bedrooms, all located on the 2nd level as well as a full bathroom, sleeping 7. There is a half bath on the 1st level just off of the kitchen. Cook in the modern kitchen, relax in the comfortable living room or dine at the spacious dining table.
