Book Maya Beach hotels

All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The property Is very well maintained and gorgeous. The 2 bedroom ocean view was spacious and directly on the beach. During my stay the occupancy was low and some services which were told would be available such as room service was not. I had to walk to the restaurant and order then wait for my food. Also because of low occupancy the poolside restaurant and pizza place closed early as well. It would have been helpful to have this information upon checking in.

The staff was amazing! Perfect view. The only negative is the sargassum. On some days it smelled really bad.

The room overlooked both the pool and the beach, and the sunrise was amazing each morning. Breakfast was really good with different options, and included two different juice types that changed daily. Also coffee and ice water. The staff was very attentive to our needs, booking massages, golf cart rentals, and outings. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Azure del Mar. It is a small hotel and the staff are really wonderful. The restaurant view can't be beat and the food was delicious. Our room was great and the vibe at the resort is relaxed and peaceful. We were very comfortable and glad we stayed, even though the seaweed was in full bloom (all over the Caribbean coast). We would definitely recommend this hotel and the treehouse suite is great for families.

We loved our stay here! Having the pool/hot tub all to ourselves was the absolute best and the host was very easy to communicate with. This area is perfect, away from the more crowded Placencia but still near restaurants/resorts. Would recommend!
