Got to room on the fly. Carload of tired kids and adults needed a break from travel. There is a Tru Hilton next door I would highly recommend that! Not here. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor not cleaned. Dirty walls carpet looked filthy. We asked for coffee pods for the room and was told no. Kids did enjoy the pool but it was loaded with chlorine. Front desk clerks we encountered were less than friendly actually spoke to one to say good morning and she just glared no smile terrible customer service. The "breakfast" was a joke. Watery egg, undercooked sausage, and a packaged waffle. They had a crock pot with potatoes in there. But can not say I have ever seen a crock pot at a hotel breakfast. I would not recommend!! Again there is a Tru Hilton next door or a Hampton Inn as well. We were tired and didn't do proper research so putting this in here so the next person doesn't make the same mistake.

Airport Shuttle was a Breeze. When leaving I just told front desk I needed a shuttle. They were there in less than 10 minutes. Only a 5 minute ride to the airport.
