On arrival booking not recognised but was pre paid. Once in room at night time the television kept switching off and on whilst watching and through the evening when sleeping so ended up having to pull unit out to un plug it. Breakfast was very poor. Lack of hot food ready and when put out it was very greasy and poor quality. Half the condiments were empty. Cake selection very dry not fresh. Only thing edible was the granola and yoghurt. This made our overall stay very disappointing!!!!!!!

The room was cold and drafty as the window was badly fitted. Such a shame for a beautifully sized and decorated room.

Not happy

Overwhelming smell of cheap air fresheners and overpowering cleaning products. I avoided the lift because I cold hardly breath in the confined space because of the chemical smell. Wasn't happy being charged to park my car at the hotel either. There's also a charge if you want to use better wifi. Felt like a cheap stay that wasn't cheap.

Great hotel in fabulous location

Lovely room overlooking the Marina. Breakfast was excellent, service also very good. We have stayed before, would definitely recommend. Good to see the addition of a fitness centre also.

Wonderful location, lovely hotel

The location right on Swansea Beach was perfect in December and I am sure it will be even better in the summer. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect from a Marriott and the staff were lovely - especially the lovely lady who seats you for breakfast! My only warning would be there was an extra £10 charge for parking added which I was not expecting. You would struggle to find cheaper in that location, I imagine, but I just was not expecting it.
