The staff of the reception was very kind, attentive, immediate action and ready to help with any question we had. For example at the checkin we asked for an iron and when we went to our room, the iron was there already.
The staff during the breakfast was also very nice. The food was good.
It is a good location. We were able to go for a nice walk + many facilities nearby.
We have already plan to go back to the hotel next year.
We hope in the future there will be a little fridge and a kettle in the room.
We recommend the hotel to anyone going to Austria
