Set on the banks of the Margaret River, Aroha (meaning "love") is a peaceful rammed earth studio for couples, surrounded by lush bushland and birdlife. Enjoy bushwalks, kayaking, or a dip in the nearby dam—just steps from your door. Award-winning wineries, beaches, and galleries are close by, with the town centre a scenic 20-min walk or 2-min drive.

Enjoy features such as the Pot belly fireplace for cold winter nights (May until September) and a spacious undercover balcony, the perfect spot for a glass of wine, a BBQ, reading a book or enjoying watching the native bird life. Other features include Daikin reverse cycle air-conditioning, a comfortable Kingsize bed with luxury linen, 60" plasma TV and Bluray. The property is equipped with a kitchenette, including a 270 L fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, a sandwich press and a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, a selection of teas and bottled water.

Guests have exclusive use of the home.

* Turn left onto Willmott Ave (Margaret River Hotel and corner bar are on the corner) 1.0 km
* Continue onto East Willmott Ave 280 m
* At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto The Boulevard 350 m
* Turn left onto Waters Edge
* Destination will be on the right 300 m
* Go down the driveway and please park in the undercover area marked Aroha.

Please note a separate 8-person house called Abundance is joined to the house by a 5m long corridor with no common walls or access.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
No pets allowed
No School Leavers
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
