Very Clean rooms. Minimalist. No closets. Only spent one night, it was satisfactory just for the night. For the price it was actually sufficient with two elevators. The reception area comfortable. Next door is a 7-11 and a very nice coffee shop. Two body size towels, not the best quality but it served its purpose. Near Ayala Mall. I would stay here again.

Arrived whilst a Super Typhoon was raging to the North and it brought heavy rain as far south as Manila. I mention this because the window in my first room leaked heavily and the second room a small amount also. Cracks and water damaged are quite visible in the walls and the 'wood' tables below the windows also show signs of water damage (so, not the first time they have leaked). It is a cheap and cheerful hotel but a bit worried about the structure.

As expected

Cheap and cheerful, no extras, which is what we expected. Very handily situated for US Embassy Visa/passport pickup. Some very good restaurants situated minutes away by walking. Staff very helpful and attentive. 1 star knocked off due to some room defects (toilet roll holder loose, basic shower head, slightly rattling AC unit) plus having to keep logging into WiFi every time we returned.

We have stayed here for the weekend. The new Parqal Mall next to the hotel is amazing with loads of dining options and perfect for drinks. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was neat and tidy but a little bit of surprise of small insects. But otherwise it was a very comfortable and pleasure stay.

My 3 night stay at Hop In was great. Location was very convenient not only to work but to places nearby, whether is restaurants or shopping. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Super quick and easy check in and out. Wifi was spotty, it had cable channels. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. All in all I recommend Hop In if you are staying in Metro Manila.

I was very pleased during my 2 nights stay. This property is newly built, and it's very close to shopping malls, restaurants, casino and even to the airport. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. And most of all the price was very affordable.

Lovely location but the elevator is terribly noisy. I could hear it banging away from my room and kept me awake. I understand sustainability, but if you don’t want to provide soap bars to wash hands at the bathroom sink then please install a dispenser.
