The staff were welcoming, and the room was spacious. However, the shower was very weak, and the room smelled awful. I think that milk had been spilled on the floor and it smelled rancid. Ruined our stay. I think the carpet needs a deep clean, or replacing. There was a big, visible patch of mould on the wall by the bed, which is a trigger for my asthma. Before my trip, the hotel had also tried to take money from my account before my stay, when it was supposed to be paid at the property.

Staff were very nice. Hotel price was excellent for a family room. But the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Really run down and needs alot of work done to it. Too old fashioned and squeaks from the doors.

We had a pleasant stay despite the hotel being in a poor rundown state, our room was fine, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was made to order and hot! The one member of staff we saw the day before mowing the grass, checked us in AND served us at breakfast needs praising. He was polite and attentive.

Another great stay here again the staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are ideal for people working in the area as they have a decent sized fridge and a microwave and kettle,will be stopping again .

It's not too bad for the money, reasonable price and near enough to the airport. The room was clean and beds comfy. The reception was nice and quaint, and the receptionist was very welcoming, but the hallways could do with a little tlc

The bath plug hole had hairs wrapped round it. The hotel smelt fusty. Very dated. Beautiful building.
