For what it is, a cheap place to stay close to the airport, it’s pretty good. It’s in a gated community and the area is quiet. The airport shuttle service is punctual. The rooms have AC and they have warm water in the shower. The rooms could be better maintained and they could clean better and have more comfortable beds and pillows. But for the price it’s a good place to spend one night and be close to the hotel. The service is very good, they’re happy to help with anything you need. The included breakfast is simple but good (gallo pinto, bread, coffee - we even were able to eat at 4:30am before our flight. We’ve stayed here several times when we have a flight to catch in the morning, and will continue to do so.

AeropuertoX Managua is a very good place to stay after a late arrivival at MGA. Sadly it is not within a walkable distance (but it is inside a gated community) especially if you are carrying much luggage or gear, but that's entirely up to how you have set things up or packed of course. Not a terrible walk with children but too little (toddlers) might not enjoy it at all. However if you write them a message through your booking confirmation, they will arrange to have you picked up for a couple of dollars and will bring you back to the airport! The room was clean. The a/c unit worked flawlessly. Although the weather has been hot,but not humid, so a very tolerable 32-35C. The 24hr food and beverage service was very much appreciated after a late arrival. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is a very traditional rice and beans (Gallo Pinto) with eggs, and toast, and coffee. And that is included. Can't beat the value of our stay. I will be booking with AeropuertoX again soon, after visiting Granada. Ps. You can walk to the hotel, but be aware that you'll have to cross a busy wide street. There are crosswalks, just gotta be patient.

Good stay staff friendly and helpful. Not much close on short walking distance. Closest entertainment or dining 5-7 blocks walk. But hotel has full service bar and restaurant 24/7
