My family and I enjoyed this place. This place was very quiet and it’s in station 1. We enjoyed best of both worlds. Station 2 is walking distance or they provided us a free shuttle to go to the D’mall in station 2. The staffs are nice and polite. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the food tastes fresh and delicious. I am giving this place a 9/10 because the hotel gave us a 3rd floor room which was exhausting for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Couple getaway, first timers at Discovery.

The service was superb from pick-up to our departure. However, the food could benefit from improvements in flavor. On one occasion, I mentioned that the French fries were not crispy. While the waiter took them back, it was noticeable they simply refried the same batch, because of the color and texture which made it quite hard to bite. It would have been better if a fresh batch had been prepared. I appreciated that their vans were easily contactable for area transfers, and the service was complimentary. Although, there was a slight misunderstanding among the hotel staff during one of our transfers, but it was quickly and professionally resolved. I recommend providing additional training in handling special guest concerns to further enhance the overall experience. Finally, the process on our way back to the airport was smooth and seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved our stay at Discovery. The staff provided excellent service, especially housekeeping going above and beyond on the turn down service. The staff around the pool and beach areas are wonderful as well. They are always very helpful and very good at anticipating our needs. The location is perfect as it's very walkable to Station 2 but far enough from the busy areas so as not to feel congested. The free shuttle is very convenient and always available for use. Transportation to and from the airport was quick and seamless. The only complaint we have is on the food quality. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as the options didn’t taste fresh and well prepared. I hope they can improve on this to make our next visit truly a perfect stay.

Property is well maintained, breakfast buffet is good. Staff are helpful. If you like to be in the middle of the busy area in boracay and have a nice hotel, this property is a good choice accessible to everything but beachfront could get really crowded.

The location and customer service is why you would book here. It is on the quiet side of white beach but still a convenient van ride or etrike away from the action. They pull out all the stops and go above and beyond. Rowel took real good care of us at the beach and Phillip got us a reservation when we needed it.

i like the personnel who are always ready to be of service to clients. I love the delicious their breakfast fares which are always delicious. I love the close proximity of the hotel to the beach and the care they give to beach goers. Our room was spacious and had a private infinity pool making out stay enjoyable. The only thing i found very peculiar for an upscale hotel that was the absence of a microwave oven. We had leftover food from outside and there was no way to heat them up in the morning. i hope they add this service in the future.
