Spectacular brand new apartment, hung from the sea in the center of Malaga on the promenade of the malagueta, next to the Pompidou Centre, 10 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral of Malaga.
The apartment is on the 13th floor of a building with 14 completely renovated, so it is in perfect condition.
Its 2 rooms (with TV and air conditioning), one with double bed and the other with 2 trundle beds (4 beds) are oriented to the sea.
Bathroom fully equipped with shower cabin, living room with smart TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, large terrace and with the kitchen integrated in it.

Great Location!

We were 5 Ladies staying for a long weekend and we couldn't fault the apartment or the location. Its right across from the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the port and a 20 minute walk into the centre. The apartment is clean and fully air conditioned and had everything we needed for our short stay.Thanks for a lovely stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Way better than I imaginef

This apartment was lovely and in an ideal location. Both the owner and property manager were very kind and helpful. We totally fell in love with the city and beach of Málaga. We will return for sure. Hasta luego y muchos gracias!

Bright, Spacious, Great Location - Private Underground Parking!

Place was lovely, spacious and clean. Location amazing. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the ocean, sun and views. Would stay again! Designated underground parking is available. Please note, as with all parking in Spain, the garage is narrow and the turns required, to get to the parking spot, are tricky. Not a complaint but, just for information. Having designated parking is huge bonus in this popular beach area.

Host is a bully and rude

Host is a bully and rude. I booked 4-5 vrbo on the Spain trip. Two of them took payment outside of vrbo. 1 of them took full payment upfront. 2 of them, including his host, took partial payment upfront. The ones that took partial payment, took the rest of the payment before giving the keys to the apartment. 3.5 months after my trip, this host sends a payment request. At first I thought my account got hacked and it is fraud. But the payment request persisted. I requested some time to review all my bank transactions to ensure I have not already paid. Host constantly got rude and started threatening to report me and write negative reviews. While I was on the business trip, she reviewed me, even after I told her to give me some time o review my transactions. She is just a bully and blames me for her mistakes.

Malaga stay

Perfectly located for easy access to the beach, the marina, the old town and the sights. Everything was an easy walk away. The taxis service at the airport is very efficient and the journey to the apartment cost us €25/€30 euros each way. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. You get sun on the balcony on the morning, and shade the rest of the day. The apartment building is well maintained, spotless and has a lift. I would absolutely book to stay here again.

Excellent location to experience malaga centre

Very clean and secure entrance to apartments. Apartment itself has stunning sea view which gets the morning run. Well equiped for home cooking. The decor is just as you see in the pictures. Stayed with another couple there was plenty of room. 2 minute walk to the port. Then you are 5 minutes through the gardens and right at the heart of the old town. Will be going back to Malaga and would definately stat here again. Great value.

Highest Recommendation!!

This stay was above and beyond what I expected and the perfect fit for our trip! We totally fell in love with the patio and view over the beach, even brought back fresh meats, cheese, fruits, and bread from the Malaga central market for a picnic on the porch. The location was accessible for central Malaga as well, only 10-15 minute walk. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Mesmerizing Mediterranean view

This is our regular pied-à-terre in wonderful Malaga. We love the apartment for its incredible view, confort, and proximity to everything Malaga has to offer. You are literally two steps away from the Malagueta beach, Chiringuitos, and Muelle Uno. The beautiful and buzzing Centro is only 15 minutes walk away where you can shop, eat, visit museums, galleries and the foodies lovers Mercado central. You will not be disappointed!

Apartment in an ideal location on playa Malagueta. A couple of minutes walk to Muelle uno and about 10 - 15 minute walk to the old town. Apartment well equipped- washing machine and dishwasher. Smart tv with Netflix. Would be happy to stay here again.

A stay unfortunately too short for such a beautiful apt. and a great city

Angel seems to struggle with his English but this doesn't prevent him at all from being so kind and cooperative when I asked him various practical questions. His apt. is fantastic: you can view the sea from everywhere, i.e. both bedrooms, the living-room and the dining-room, not to mention the great view from the balcony itself. Also, the apt is very conveniently located : 100 m from a supermarket, 50 m from the beach, 500 m from a taxi stand, a short km from the #16 bus line that leads you, among several other places, to the entrance to the old city center; the outstanding, lavish, gorgeous Paseo del Parque where you can stroll for hours, if you wish, noteably along the architectural masterpiece of the recent «Promenade» that runs along the marina. We would have liked to visit the surroundings (Ronda, Cadiz, Gibraltar, Jaen, Jerez de la Frontera, Torremolinos, Nerva Cuevas (= Caves). Granada, Cordoba, ETC.!), but to do so we should have stayed a whole month, not just a week! You won't regret coming to Malaga, such a clean and inviting city, and particularly, you'll feel so lucky to stay at Angel's apt., itself very clean, modern and inviting too. THE VIEW, GUYS !!! Excellent property in wonderful location

We spent four very comfortable and enjoyable weeks in this apartment on the beautiful Playa Malagueta. The location is perfect...only a ten minute walk to the center of the old city and a five minute walk to MuelleUno, the beautifully developed waterfront with restaurants and shops, and a walking promenade. The apartment is very spacious, with good closets, modern appliances, and comfortable seating and sleeping.The view from the balcony is stunning....the Mediterranean and the beach provide unending entertainment for the eyes. The area is full of restaurants and tapas bars, shops and food markets, and the promenade makes for easy walking and people watching. We were met by Angel's daughter who explained everything we needed to know and Angel himself came to help us with the TV. He later arranged for an upgrade in the service for our enjoyment....an absolute " caballero" who wanted us to be happy and comfortable. We must also make mention of Pepe, the "portero" or concierge, who is very helpful and always smiling and upbeat. All and all, a first class apartment for a vacation in Malaga.

Was ein Ausblick...

Das Erste, das beim Betreten des Appartements ins Auge sticht, ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf die Bucht von Malagueta und das Meer. Wir haben jeden Minute, die wir auf dem Balkon verbringen konnten, genossen. Das Appartement hat eine gute Größe und ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben jede Nacht hervorragend bei geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen. Die Lage hätte besser nicht sein können, direkt am Meer und fussläufig zur Altstadt von Malaga und dem Hafen mit seiner Vergnügungsmeile Muelle Uno. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung war schnell, einfach und immer hilfreich. Wir können das Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Malaga nur wärmstens empfehlen.
