Stay at premier junior suite for 3 nights, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. No hair conditioner and shaver is provided, shampoo and shower gel a bit small bottle, not enough for daily usage, has request and was refill more for next day. Breakfast was good and light snack at lounge access also an advantage. Went to sky lounge fir drinks, but seem like no enough staff, order drink but was not serve, at the end we left and back to room.Hotel spa is an advantage,dont need to go outside, just make booking in advance.

Is time to upkeep the property condition, especially the air conditioning. Lower the air conditioning temperature will cut down the hotel expenses but not for such hot weather. The air conditioning becomes weak with low airflow and makes the room stuffy.

Very disappointed with the condition and non maintenance of the hotel room. Water hose was licking in toilet, toilet doors as well as main room door was so dirty. Furniture were dusty too. How do you expect quests to return when you don't bother to maintain the cleanliness and standard of the rooms

Property location is selling point of this hotel and that all.
Shower Level drop off easily. This show that the hotel did not take seriously on their room maintenance (Room 1402).
There are green spots over their glass windows (Room 1402).
Tap water flow was not very smooth as tap faucet set is old and wear off (Room 1402).

Je donne un 4 grâce à l’emplacement très pratique… près du Red square et de Jonker Street, des restaurants au bord de la rivière et du Chinatown! L’établissement est assez vieux, mais la chambre était grande et propre et le personnel sympathique! Le restaurant sur le toit pourrait être intéressant… mais comme nous étions la semaine nous étions les seuls clients (j’imagine que les week-ends doivent être plus achalandés)! Même chose pour la piscine très tranquille et pas de bar ouvert tel que l’on voit sur la photo … c’était assez froid comme ambiance, mais bien entretenue et pratique pour se rafraîchir après nos journées de marche à visiter!

Poor Electrical Safety

Unfortunately the hotel is showing signs of age. Particularly with regards to the wiring. I received an electric shock whilst trying to switch off a bedside lamp. This resulted in me having to change rooms as the whole room had fused. The staff however were absolutely lovely and the review is a reflection on the hotel but not the staff.
