We stayed at this hotel during our ski trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the ski slopes which made getting out on the mountain very easy. Having the ski rental shop inside the hotel was also very convenient and saved us a lot of time each morning.
The spa area, however, felt a bit outdated and would definitely benefit from a refresh. While it is a nice facility, it doesn’t quite match the expectations you might get from the photos.
The outdoor pool looks fantastic in the pictures, but unfortunately the water temperature was much colder than expected. As a result, the pool was empty most of the time during our stay – it simply wasn’t warm enough for most guests to use comfortably.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and some very convenient features for skiers, but the spa and pool area could be improved to better match the rest of the experience.
