Book Mahasenpura hotels

I stayed here over night after safaris in Yala, The room was very spacious & looked beautiful, however there was no hot water so the shower was cold. I woke covered in bed bug bites. This significantly impacted my holiday. I was also required to spend time locating pharmacies and purchasing treatment products and medication. I attempted to notify the staff in the morning, however there were no staff available despite walking around the building. I reported these issues. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to appropriately address these concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very good and clean

We were there for a quick over-night to go on a safari in the early morning. The evening meal was poor, in fact it was take-out from another supplier and not prepared on the spot. The box breakfast was poor. The room was fine. We did not use the pool. It is quite far from the nature park so requred a long drive to get to the safari. Generally it was OK for the price. Just have realistic expectations.

Some safety features like locker are missing.

Lovely place to stay for our safari. Gorgeous pool. Good clean rooms.

Toilet Malfunctions – The toilets in the room were not functioning properly. They were not flushing or refilling, causing significant inconvenience. No Room Change Offered – Despite reporting the issue, the hotel did not offer an alternative room or any assistance to resolve the matter. Language Barrier – None of the staff members were able to communicate in English, making it very difficult to get help or explanations. No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no prior notice or explanation. Disturbance at Night – There were multiple incidents of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night, which was alarming and unacceptable. Poor Service – Overall, the service provided by the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Random Door Knocking – We felt unsafe due to unexplained and random knocking on our door throughout the night.
