Charming condo recently (2023) renovated for 4 people. Very bright interior with large windows and cathedral ceiling. Modern kitchen with Granite counter, wood fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony with BBQ. The unit is on the 2nd floor and located less than 2min. walk from the beach and 10 from downtown. A little further is Mont Orford for a host of activities. Long term rental available on request. Good place for us. Lots of okay kitchen gear. Downtown 30ish minute walk along beautiful trail and water front. Nice parks 15 mins on the way. Walking is pretty flat so very easy for anyone. The beach and beach pub about 5 mins away. A really nice indie grocery store and farmer kiosk 5 mins up the hill, we ate very well. Cherry river marsh and walking trails outstanding. About 15 mins to trail heads and very impressive interpretation centre (take a picnic, no food - except for coffee and ice cream).

Great place and location

Stayed for a few days with my daughter for some spring skiing. The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location to Mont Orford and Magog.Condo was very clean, and well furnished as advertised. TV and WiFi was easy. Perfect stay!

Great location if you want to ski all 4 mountains in eastern townships. Spacious and very clean place, with an easy access to a walking trail to downtown Magog. A small tv in one of the bedrooms would be fantastic and it would ease accomodation for a family :) , such as mine with two adults and two teenagers

Very comfortable

Lovely condo, well stocked with comfy furniture. Easy to drive to Magog or Mt. Orford. Also close to trails at a marshland. Very pleasant walk to the lake but it's 20 mins, not 2 mins . Lovely walks along the front. I realize French is the first language in Quebec but they kindly communicated in English until we moved in. After that they used French only, making check out more difficult

Perfect location to visit Magog and surrounding area

This condo had everything we needed. Very modern with a beautiful kitchen, and comfortable furniture and beds. The bedrooms have blackout curtains which were very much appreciated. Everything was as advertised and we would recommend this rental for anyone wishing to spend time in the Eastern Townships.

The Azur Condo - Magog

The location is excellent and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils. Check-in is easy. However: (1) some pots, pans and tupperware in the cupboard were not cleaned - still had grease on them. (2) The unit shares a central-vac with other units so noise emanates from the central-vac outlet when other units are operating the central-vac (3) the owners insisted on communicating in French including the check-out procedure which they didn't translate into English when asked. Their translation frequency was intermittent. I even told them 1 wine glass was broken and left a bottle of wine as compensation - crickets.

Bonjour Alexandre et Lisa,C'est de retour à Montréal que je vous envoie ce message en plus de ceux envoyés via le cell. de notre fille.Concernant l'arrivée, il faudrait changer la consigne car au coin de Du Versant et Desjardins en tant que conducteur il faut tourner à GAUCHE et non pas à droite comme c'est indiqué. Puis à DROITE sur Place du Village et non à gauche...Car en suivant les consignes on trouve d'autres adresses mais pas celle du 2290.On est débrouillards et on l'a trouvée finalement!De plus, ultérieurement, si on désire utiliser vos services, il faudrait avoir un cell à jour car cette fois-ci même le cell de notre fille résidente de Montréal n'a pu avoir accès à l'application via le code QR. C'est en utilisant celui de notre fille en visite de l'Angleterre que nous avons pu communiquer avec vous.Sinon, je ne sais comment on aurait pu faire n'étant pas trop techno...

Tout est très bien mais le seul inconfort était le divan du salon qui fait une assise trop droite et inconfortable dans un lieu de détente habituellement. De plus, nous croyons que la politique d’annulation complètement remboursable un mois avant l’arrivée n’est pas adéquate selon nous. Ailleurs les politiques sont beaucoup plus souples. Nous étions pris au Portugal sans savoir à quelle date nous reviendrions dû à la grève d’Air Canada. J’aurais aimé plus de souplesse de la part du propriétaire considérant que la situation était hors de notre contrôle. C’est pour cette raison que, malheureusement, nous ne réserverons plus avec VRBO.

Très beau séjour.Stores assombrissants manquant dans le salon , salle à manger et au dessus de l’évier car beaucoup de chaleur.Sécheuse ne sèche pas bien.Ces points sont pour améliorer les prochains séjours. Merci de prendre note de ces éléments.Au plaisir de retourner dans votre beau coin de pays.

Séjour magnifique de 5 jours. Endroit tranquille, facile d'accès, près du lac et des commodités de la ville. Communication facile, propreté de l'endroit impeccable, tout y est. Simplement apporter votre bouffe. Nous y retournerons assurément !
