The host is an awesome communicator and responded within an hour for most messages. Coldest weekend of the year ( -35) so we were no able to use the hot tub due to safety reasons, totally understandable. The room was clean and comfortable. Though not warm bedding at all. No weight just think blanket and sheet. Breakfast was adequate. Front desk efficient, but definitely, not friendly.
