We chose the hotel because of its pet friendly policy. Indeed some of thhe staff were extremely helpful . Such as the housekeeping staff. However, one particular reception staff Carolina harrassed us twice in public about the dogs presence eventhough her colleagues had already checked her in as a service animal . This one bad apple makesthis hotel nota fully recommenable experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed to find that the room looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. The room was quite dated, and the shower was old and in need of renovation. Noise was also a major issue — I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night, which made it hard to get any rest. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the condition of the room made the overall experience less enjoyable than I had hoped.
