The room was very clean and perfect for a quick overnight. It was cold, and since the thermostat senses body temperature, we were not able to heat the room adequately when we went to dinner, so it was quite cold when we got back. We were able to borrow a space heater, which was helpful. There was adequate street parking and the check in process was simple and worked well.

Great place! It was very clean and check-in was easy; however, the property isn't great for people with mobility issues - every room is on a different floor and requires going up or down stairs. Unfortunately, there was also no elevator. It wasn't a problem initially, but I ended up hurting my knee off-site and getting up three floors of stairs was more than a little difficult.

It is terrible. I made a reservation through Expedia. However, I canceled the reservation very next day with Expedia. Expedia emaild me that they contracted the hotel, but I could also call the hotel & cancel it. I thought I don't have to do anything since Expedia contacted. In 2 weeks later, I got a credit card statement. Yet, I didn't see the refund. So, I called the Expedia. They said they were going to contact the hotel. At the same time, they gave me a hotel phone number like before. At that point, I called the hotel. The hotel told me that they have a 50% return policy if the reservation didn't cancel in a week even though I had about 7 week head for the reservation. Anyway, the hotel refund 50%. I complained Expedia, but just taking my time & emotional irritation. From now on, I am firmly decide that I would not make any farther reservation with Expedia. Plus, I will stay in a well known place that has a resonable policy.

Cute and basic

The Williams Street area is our favorite. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Check-in was easy, even though there is no staff present. Beds were comfortable. We stayed here for a concert at the Sylvee. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is a great alternative if the hotels closer to the Sylvee are too pricey.

It it clean and a big room. No staff on the premise which was fine. The restaurant below was closed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the AC unit was very loud. I had to turn it off to sleep.

I was initially nervous when I read that the hotel did not have their own parking area, but it was super easy to find spaces on the street, right in front of the property. The check-in process was simple — I received a text with the access code and I was able to get in without any problems or fuss. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. I will definitely book again.
