I didn’t spend a lot of time in my room, but the times I was in there, I noticed it was very warm and stuffy. I told a staff member and he “looked into it”. Just set the AC lower. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He replaced a part and said it should be fixed. It wasn’t. By the time I got back to my room at 2am, it was still hot and stuffy. Told the front desk guy when I left and he just apologized and didn’t say much about it. The rest of the room was great! Clean and modern.

Nice, clean property with incredibly comfortable beds. Complimentary hotel shuttle from/to airport was greatly appreciated. Not many properties seem to provide that anymore! We arrived early and were able to check in immediately. Even better, the front desk agent gave us a room with a view of the capitol building, which gets illuminated at night. Very nice. A short walk to State Street restaurants and shops. About 10 minute walk to UW Madison campus. Convenient. Homeless people in the area but they did not interfere with passersby. Neighborhood feels safe.

Amazing!!

We loved our stay! Clean, friendly staff, shuttle driver gave great tips about the parking, the bar was great, and the beds and bedding were amazing!! Elevator was crazy busy this morning when trying to go to the lobby. First time staying at a hotel with many floors. We will definitely stay here again!
