Ok for the island. No shuttle bus. Although, Boat station is within 8’ walk (around 500 meters). Not a great idea to walk to hotel under the humidity heat with luggages. Taxi is not really happy to travel so close 😩

It was wonderful to stay at Muong Thanh hotel during the trip with my mom. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I accidentally booked a wrong type of room. When I requested for a room upgrade , it was done quickly without charge which made a difference. I really appreciated it. We had a very good time. Highly recommended ❤️

Second time back to Ly son and stayed at Muong thanh hotel. It has a great view. Awesome staff specially Nhi, Hanh, Thu, Truc and many more to mention. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time.

Dịch vụ khách sạn không đúng với tên tuổi của nó

Tôi khá thất vọng trong kỳ lưu trú này. Cho dù là mùa thấp điểm nhưng cũng cần giữ thương hiệu của mình là một khách sạn cao cấp. Tivi không kết nối được với mạng do chưa đóng phí, điện thoại thì không sử dụng được để liên lạc với tiếp tân mà yêu cầu khách liên lạc với tiếp tân bằng điện thoại bàn hoặc di động (tôi là người nước ngoai không có điện thoại ở Việt Nam thì sao?). Ăn sáng chỉ lưa thưa vài cái bánh bèo, bún cá và bánh mì ngọt. Dịch vụ như vậy có đúng với tieu chuẩn 4 sao? Với chi phí bỏ ra để nghỉ ngơi tại đây không xứng đáng chút nào .
