Kiki He helped me with the check in. She was very courteous in the process. She also shared with me the places of interest within the vicinity and this helped us reduce the time to navigate the surroundings. She gave a call to our room to inform about the fire drill the next day and assured us about our safety. A very pleasant experience. I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world). The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring! The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare. The views are nothing short of extraordinary. I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough!

nice size room, clean and location is good

This is a brand new hotel with clean, comfortable and modern rooms. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful, especially Benedict who was able to help me out with anything I needed during my stay here. Highly recommended.
