Ioana at the front desk was literally, without question, the greatest interaction I’ve ever had at a travel stay. Professional, knowable, kind, warm. There is no doubt that my trip would have been LESS, without her communication

Staff was very nice and helpful. They don’t have keyless feature. A/ C didn’t work very well. Overall it was a good experience. Quality, price, fair.

As usually here this was another faultless stay, for business purposes. One can see that this hotel never stopped working during the pandemic and really knows what it’s doing. Clean, functioning rooms with proper toiletries including extras; lovely views; helpful and efficient staff; and a great breakfast spread in a light-filled room. One of the few hotels where I never have anything to remark negatively about.

Great hotel, clean, great amenities (gym), included breakfast was top tier, staff was professional.

I thought 3☆ are going to be decent but the hotel is in a terrible condition, the wallpaper is peeling off, taps are rusty, very old dirtish furniture, odd smell, the carpet looked also dirty, you feel your skin itchy once you step in the room. The staff was nice though, and the bedsheets clean. Such a same, this hotel has great location.
