The bad taste started when we arrived at 2:30pm and were told there was no way to check in early because it was policy. Check in was not until 3pm. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked and the 1 that did work was intermittent. The door to our room would not open without bumping with you shoulder and looked like someone tried to pry it open at one time.

Beware

The hotel was awful. There were plug fixtures tripping people from not being secured to the floor, the manager didn’t show up Sunday morning when we wanted to discuss our concerns and issues with our stay. The girl at the front said the manager was coming in one hour at 8:00, checked again at 9:30 and all of a sudden she told us the manager is coming at some point today if they do come. The elevator broke and had to attempt to walk up 3 flights of stairs which was not possible being confined to a walker. Vomit stains by elevator and what I presume to be coffee stains on the wall. Requested a walk in handicap shower and was told they only have tubs at this hotel and extended family ended up in a handicap room with a walk in shower in the same hotel. Handicap button for door did not work and door was heavy to open.

It looked like it was probably a decent place unfortunately our room was NOT clean. Mildew in the shower and around the sink drain, needed to be vacuumed -- the last guests' room key was on the floor. A large, very visible stain on the side of the couch.There was only one washcloth in the bathroom and 2 towels, and toiletries had not been restocked (only conditioner and a bar of soap were provided).

Multiple wrongs with this hotel. First room smelled musty and a like a dog. The front office staff apologized and gave me another room. The next room was not cleaned, I said I would wait. When I went to the bathroom in second room, the commode lid was broken, bathtub drained super slow, no soap in the shower, mold on bathroom ceiling…….and the coffee pot was broken… I received an apology when I checked out…… I recommend NOT STAYING HERE.

Dirty asf

The room was dirtier than we imagined. The doors were dirty near the he handles. The carpet was wet and the floor in the restroom was wet still. The shower didn't drain and was clogged up so we took one shower. It drained out into the bathroom floor and into the room. Found old marinara Togo cups sticking from under the bed. We just got in late and didn't notice till the morning.

Decent enough for a night.

The staff was nice. My key card didnt work sp i had to go back down from the 6th floor, across the entire hallway with my luggage just to get it working, then back up again to my room. The bed sheet had a stain on it, but nothing super concerning. The shower was clean, but the water would not drain very well so i was standing in about 3 inches of water the entire time. Other than that, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious. The walls are pretty thin, i could hear the people a few doors down having sex, but it didnt last too long.

On to something else.

Has to change rooms because of plumbing issues. Marijuana smell prevalent on 2nd floor. Dirty lobby. Been here 6-7 times in the last but that’s over.
