We have used Homewood suites for two different trips now, and we will continue using them. Their staff is pleasant and happy to serve. Their breakfasts are amazing. The rooms are great with the little kitchens and plenty of space. Looking forward to our next trip there.

The air conditioning was not working. We could not get into the pool, the door to the pool would not open. The tub in the bathroom was dirty. The doors did not shut properly.

The stay was okay. This property needs better televisions and blackout curtains. I had to reset the tv every night and it was really bright early in the morning. check-in was difficult because Expedia added a 3 pet reservation and fee's. I had booked 3 rooms separately, in 3 different names, but Expedia attached to MY one room. We did have 1 small dog-in my daughter's room-a totally separate room. The hotel was so helpful in correcting the situation.
