Appreciated that the pool and hot tub were clean and well-kept. The pool was freezing, though, and the hot tub was just warm. However, if you go back and forth, it's not bad lol. Overall, the stay was nice and comfortable.

I had an issue with our mini fridge in our suite the staff was very friendly and helpful We stayed again on the way back on our roadtrip befor arrival the staff called me and apologized again said we were being upgraded to a bigger suite and was also given a discount when we checked in!!

The accessible room had a narrow passageway that makes it hard for a wheelchair to fit. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in Lubbock. Carpets need to be cleaned, floors throughout the hotel were dirty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Jackie, in particular, was very nice.

Nicest front desk

I did not get the lady’s name at the front but she is the nicest kindest person ever. She has beautiful colored eyes and has shaved her hair off. Made us feel like we were home
